This short film is of a whole life and uses extracts from the novel.
It is produced and directed by Simon Peecock who writes, ‘I have reworked the edit a number of times – trying to improve its rhythm and structure, piece by piece, shot by shot … I tried to take small pieces from the text and tie them together in a way that could work as a film, while keeping true to the book tonally and characteristically.’
